Because we carry huge stocks of futons and frames, if you order before noon (in the majority of cases) we will deliver your futon to your door the next working day, anywhere on the UK mainland. See individual futon pages for delivery price.

 


Important delivery information for online orders – when we receive orders via the paypal option on our website, we always contact you directly to discuss suitable delivery times.
Please fill out your phone number so we can contact you, or an email address if you would rather be contacted via email.
We do not send out any orders until we have an agreed delivery time with the customer.

To deliver your futon order we use TNT the nationwide carriers who we have found, over the last 12 years, to be the most reliable, efficient and cost-effective operator. They collect from our warehouse every working day. For easy transport, some futons require simple home-assembly - please phone for more information if required. Delivery is made to you between 8.30am and 5.30pm on the next working day. All items leave our warehouse in perfect condition and carefully wrapped. Please sign for the delivery once you are completely satisfied that the items have reached you in the same perfect condition.

Extra-cost options: if you cannot commit to be in between our delivery hours, we can offer you the following services:

Saturday delivery 8.30am to 5.30pm £25 extra
Next working day before 1.30pm (if you order before noon), £20 extra

Special postcodes: The delivery prices shown on the website apply to all mainland postcodes except a few in Scotland. These are all IV, all KA, PH19 and above, PA30 and above, and KW1 to KW4. Please call us for pricing. For postcodes that fall inside the London congestion-charge zones, the charge amount will added to the delivery costs.

Returns policy: Please remember that the dimensions and colours of the futons shown on this website will only be approximate. If you change your mind about your choice of futon, we are happy to give you a full refund provided that the delivery costs are paid for and the futon and mattress are returned in their original packaging.

Shortages or damage: Please notify us of any shortages or signs of damage within 3 days of delivery . Claims will not be accepted after this period.

Price promise: We are committed to giving our customers the best possible service at the best possible price. If you can find any competitor offering the same product at the same price with next-day delivery, let us know. We will beat it EVERY TIME!

Please note that: some fabric colours and futon mattresses can vary slightly from the images on our website. Please ask if you have any questions about the appearance, or style of any mattress or fabric.
